What format are the photos in?
All photos-online.net photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by photos-online.net.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and,  as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos-online.net photos that I download?
Yes. While photos-online.net offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos  within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

What payments do you accept?
We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. All payments will be made over a secure encrypted connection so credit cards numbers and private details can not be stolen in transit, this is as secure as online ordering can be. We never handle or even see your credit card or bank account details. Everything is processed securely by PayPal.

Once I make the payment, how long does it take to receive my purchase?
You will be directed to a download page immediately after the payment is made.
We send also an email receipt that contains the download links.
